Both SHEPHERD'S COTTAGE AND GAMEKEEPERS LODGE

Are well equipped, clean and comfortable on the water side of the property with fantastic loch and mountain views.
The water's side is only 150 yards.
Sleep up to seven
Have ample parking
Are let from 2pm on the Saturday of arrival to 11am on the Saturday of departure.
Have electrical heating in all rooms (hot water by immersion heater - therefore a meter reading - no coins required)
Everything is provided except linen and towels - these can be hired as an extra.
Bathroom with shower over bath, plus separate toilet and hand basin, shaver points etc.
Living/dining room with window overlooking the loch (lodge has panoramic view window)
Kitchens with electric cooker, microwave, kettle toaster, fridge freezer, iron, washing machine, Colour TV & video
(and selection of family tapes for wet days)
Fenced in garden, picnic table and barbecue

Groceries can be delivered on a Friday before your arrival.
There is a good pub with restaurant and games Room at the top of the drive.
Dogs are most welcome, Rockhill is a dog's paradise, but must not be left unattended, and please have up to date vaccination.
A cot and high chair are available.
Real value for money - guests have been returning year after year.

from £150.oo to £375.oo (inc VAT)

Deposit - Half of One Week's Rent
Balance - Due 2 weeks before entry
Dogs can only be brought at our discretion, must be kept under strict control and must have full up to date vaccination - A charge of £10 per week is made.

B & B

From £25.00 per person per night
Evening meals by arrangement.
